We send all orders by tracked first class delivery so that we can be sure that the pieces that we have worked on with so much care for you to enjoy reach you safely 

Can I return items?

We hope that you will love your purchase from our shop but we do understand that sometimes we all change our minds, so if you would like to return an item, just drop us an email or use our contact form and we will provide you with a return address for you to send your item. We recommend using a tracked service so it gets here and we can issue a refund nice and quickly for you.

Can I cancel my workshop place?

If you need to cancel your workshop place, please let us know with as much notice as possible via email or our contact form. We are happy to offer full refunds, as we wouldn't want to think of anyone out of pocket for a workshop that they cant attend.
